  1. You have some great books listed. I love sweet romance and write it too. I'll have to check out some of your titles. Sorry, the only one familiar to me on your site, besides you Elaine, is I. B. Nosey. Don't you just love him?
My favorite romances are those with a suspense plot, interesting characters that have grown by the end of the book, and one that has that happily-ever-after ending. Just read one that didn't and was totally shocked. My writer's mind just kept trying to change that ending. I felt cheated.

  2. I did a poll on my blog asking what is everyone's favorite season for love. The answer: autumn. That's mine too. I was married in autumn. Love the colors, the temperatures, the mood.
Remembering how it happened is a challenge. Too many years ago. lol But I will say, I'm still in love and there's always things happening in our marriage to make be fall in love all over again.

  8. I go back to the first "romantic" book I read, and I still love The Ordinary Princess, by M.M. Kaye. The illustrations alone are amazing.

  11. I can't say that I really have a favorite book. Usually the book I'm reading at the time could qualify as my favorite. That said, my favorite book of all time is Gone with the Wind. Thanks for the giveaway.

  12. I have to say that nothing I've read compares to The Notebook. It just touched my heart. However, I love love stories. Great give away. I look forward to reading your book.

  13. I haven't read any whose pictures are on here yet. But some of my favorite love stories are Cordelia's Honor by Lois McMaster Bujold, and The Outback Stars series by Sandra McDonald.

  16. I love all of the pairings for love on the series "The League" by Sherrilyn Kenyon. When she writes, she starts with characters from other books she has written and tells a new story from those characters of other stories. And each and everytime, the love interest is either a friend, brother, sister or someone known from another story. Love it!
